MADHAV SRISHTI has been inaugurated On 9th march by our Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Sah Sarkarwaha (सह सरकारवाहा ) of Rashtriya Swayam Sewak(RSS) Shri Suresh Ji Soni with motive of providing various health facilities to citizens with the lowest possible costs.

COVID-19 VACCINATION
Recently Madhav Srishti has started vaccination against covid where we are providing certificates also Till date 3200 Vaccination has been done.
RTPCR COVID-19 TESTS
With the sudden surge in corona cases in Indore. We started Covid-19 RTPCR Tests in accociation with Central Lab. Total tests conducted till date 3925.

Following activities which are going on at Madhav Srishti
DIALYSIS CENTER
We have total 10 beds for Dialysis And 9 certified technicians to manage the whole center charges for each dialysis is Rs 400. Till date we have done total 302 dialysis.
PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTER
We have almost all types of equipments for therapy with 2 senior doctors. The charges is Rs 100 per sitting. Till date we have done total 245 therapies.
OPD
For OPD we have total 10 doctors with different specializations including general physicians also. The consultation charges for OPD is Rs 50 valid till 10 days. Total OPD done till date is 230.
PATHOLOGICAL TESTS AND X-RAY
A joint initiative by Madhav Srishti and Central lab for collection of blood and other samples for availing the facilities at low fees (50%) and ease of convenience. Total tests till date including X-Ray is 245.
PRADHAN MANTRI JAN AUSHADHI KENDRA
Here all types of medicines and injections are provided at lower costs. We started the home delivery facility also and till date approximately more than 5000 families have benefited.
